1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close associate of mama24 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not under self-exclusion, either via mama24's own self-exclusion tool or via any external responsible gambling programme to which mama24 is a signatory.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by mama24 for a violation of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on mama24, you must complete the account registration process truthfully and accurately. By registering, you warrant that all information provided — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and payment method information — is accurate, current, and complete.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Account on mama24. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mama24 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any associated balances or bonus credits.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your Account. You must notify mama24 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. mama24 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 KYC Verification

mama24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), driver's licence, or passport; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and, where applicable, a selfie holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

5. Terms of Use

By using the mama24 Platform, you agree to access and use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. The Platform may only be used via a standard web browser or supported mobile device. Any use of automated scripts, bots, crawlers, data-scraping tools, or third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage is expressly prohibited.

mama24 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any proprietary rights in or to the Platform or its content. You may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content available on mama24 without our prior written consent.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to mama24 accounts are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Minimum deposit amounts and per-transaction limits are published on the Platform's banking page and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. mama24 targets processing of approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the Platform; however, delays arising from third-party payment processors or banking institutions are beyond our control.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

mama24 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation in connection with any deposit or withdrawal. Deposits made without the intention to engage in genuine gaming activity, or structured specifically to move funds through the Platform, will be treated as potential money laundering and reported to the relevant authorities. No interest is payable on funds held in a User's Account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

mama24 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional benefits to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements — the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Game contribution rates — different game types may contribute differently towards satisfying wagering requirements.
• Time limits — bonuses not utilised within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Account.
• Minimum deposit thresholds — some bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit to activate.
• Maximum withdrawal limits — some promotional offers cap the amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winings.

mama24 reserves the right to alter, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus credits and winnings.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mama24 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained professional dealers under regulated studio conditions. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all casino games are made available on the Platform.

Specific rules governing individual games — including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger, slots, and sportsbook betting — are accessible within the respective game interface or help section. In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, all affected wagers will be reviewed and, where necessary, refunded or re-settled in accordance with mama24's technical error resolution policy.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with mama24.
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.

• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in Platform software for financial gain. Any winings derived from exploiting a known or apparent error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the Platform's technology infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards mama24 staff or other users.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

mama24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive calendar months;
• A User's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., no outstanding Terms violations), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus credits are non-refundable upon Account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mama24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

In no event shall mama24's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory.

mama24 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data in connection with your use of mama24 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

mama24 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Users. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and strict internal access controls. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unafiliated third parties except as required by applicable law or as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Responsible Gambling

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international licensing regulations under which mama24 operates. mama24 operates under applicable international licensing standards and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mama24's internal dispute resolution process. Users may submit a formal complaint via the contact details provided in Section 16. mama24 will respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be escalated to an independent adjudication body in accordance with mama24's licensing conditions. Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under applicable law.
